France by TWAFrance is country in Western Europe from the Atlantic Ocean to te Alps mountains and from the Mediterranean Sea to the English Channel. France has been the first tourist destination in the world for many years. With 37 sites listed in the UNESCO’s World Heritage list, Frances proposes to foreign tourists a lot of things to visit including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Château de Versailles, the Musée d’Orsay, the Arc de Triomphe, the Centre Pompidou, the Mont Saint-Michel, the Château de Chambord, the Sainte-Chapelle, the Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg, the Puy de Dôme, the Musée Picasso, and the medieval city of Carcassonne.

Most of this landmarks are located in Paris, the capital city of France. But France features cities with high cultural interest as Toulouse, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Lyon or Lille. This TWA poster for promoting France was designed by the American visual artist Simon Greco in the 1950s.
