Germany by TWAGermany is located in western-central Europe. Berlin is its capital city. Germany is the fifth most visited country in Europe and the 7th worldwide, mainly by Dutch, American and Swiss tourists. The most visited tourist regions in Germany are the East Frisian and North Frisian Islands, the Baltic Sea coasts of Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the Upper Middle Rhine Valley, the Bavarian and Black Forest, and the Bavarian Alps. The most visited cities in Germany are Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt-am-Main, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Dresden, Stuttgart, Nuremberg and Hannover. Finally, the most visited landmarks in Germany are the Cologne Cathedral, the Reichstag in Berlin, the Hofbraühaus in Munich, the Heidelberg Castle, the Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria, the Kunstsammlungen Museum of Dresden, the Fernsehthurm in Berlin and the Aachen Cathedral.
